Been there, just met a guy in a club down at pride and all of a sudden he kissed me. The first thing I did was pull away and I said, “Ew”….I guess it was a bad reflex, but he still wouldn’t get the heck away from me lol.
Well, I’ve read the books, so I knew it was coming. In fact, Book Chuck was bi from the get-go. He even dated book Dan at one point. Makes it interesting for the whole 3some episode coming up.
Well if they would stick to the books and get some gay/bi action going then I would tune in. I did see this kiss though because all the previews I wanted to see if it was any good. And it wasn’t, but I was hoping that when his girlfriend came knocking at his door and he wouldn’t let her in that we would see the guy he kissed sitting in his apartment after he closed his door. Now that would have been a great twist. Maybe they are afraid of pushing that envelope to far.
I totally agree… it might be too intense…
they might feel they could loose some of the fans.. but who cares…it’d only make it that much more interesting…
esp. with hilary duff on the show… she’s so annoying
on a seperate note… chris… i’m hardcore loving this new comment concept…it’s so cool lol
I think if they just showed the other guy in the apartment and left it at that would have been enough to at least fall in line with the books that his character is bi. They wouldn’t have to explain or bring it up again viewers would be intelligent enough to figure it out I think. Would have been a totally safe way of doing it without offending the homophobe crowd to much. Besides the kids who watch this kind of stuff nowadays are way more open minded compared to 10yrs ago when I was in high school.
I 2nd that about this new comment section, now I can respond right away.

Is there actually a homophobe audience for GG? I mean, between the fans of the book (who are usually girls and gay guys) and fans of any number of the cast members, most heteros loathe the show, least of all admit watching enough to bitch about the Purple Prince kissing another dude.
Not all it was cracked up to be. It could have at least been open mouth. But that last line made it epic.

Not sure, but they are suddenly revealing Chuck’s bi tendencies and he and Blair like to do the Cruel Intentions games, so it may be her and 2 guys.

ugh. He’s so gross. He acts like a young Donald Trump. Stupid pursed lips and slits for eyes and talking like he’s in bed all the time.
