You guys hear Whitney’s new song?

It’s light and fun, I like it. Her voice isn’t what it once was though.

I like this song. Its funny, because every says it sounds like gay disco anyway. Whitney’s voice may never be the way it was during the 80s and 90s and that can be because of many things like her age or drugs, so I wasn’t surprised. But her voice is experienced and she still can make a hit so bravo to her.

Hey you know it’s a lot better then the title song she released but still not good enough for a comeback. Honestly for as long as this woman has been out of the spotlight I really wish she would have decided to release a better comeback single. I just can’t seem to figure out if she’s trying to appeal to the older generation or younger.

Whitney at 50% is better than a lot of artists today. Her voice has matured. People always jump on the “drugs” bandwagon. Is she the first singer to ever do drugs? What about that nutty bitch Britney Spears? I don’t hear anybody bringing it up about her. They’re letting her live her life and move on with her career.

heard it, don’t really like it. I’m pretty involved in the music business, and i don’t think this version is mastered or mixed down very well. Seems low budged, I can do the very same sound in my friends studio in his basement… I think a lot more could have been done to make it now sound so dry for a song that is attempting to be upbeat. Needs more heart, and more feeling. Just not my style of music, for Whitney. I would have never recommended she did this song. She can do much much better, and she as well as the people that she works with, know that she can do a lot better… (BIG SIGH)Oh well…

It IS an odd choice for a “comeback” song. It’s too slow to go crazy over on the dance floor, and it sounds like a totally different key than she’s typically in. Maybe they tweeked it higher in the studio. It’s also very, very safe for her.

Maybe you fellas are missing a very important point… She is working with Clive Davis, the hit maker himself.. As we know the dance remixes will kick so much ass.. Whitney has done a great job since her “Greatest Hits” album to generate great remixes in the gay club scene. So with that being said.. Go on Girl Whitney, and shake off the hater..( Its time for you to strike back..they are looking at you!!!)

So what if she’s working with Clive? He may have done some great things with her in the past but for her comeback I feel as if he’s been screwing her over, and it’s not as if she’s going to get success or recognition because of some DJ’s dance mix at a gay club. If the song doesn’t top the charts, well she failed. It’s sad to because I think this song was produced (or just written) by Alicia Key’s who I love.

Clive is a hit maker but he’s also had some misses. This is the third track I’ve heard from the album and if this is the best material they’ve given her, I’m going to have to pass. But Whitney has a huge fan base so she’ll do just fine. I have not deluded myself into thinking she’ll be at home crying over me…lol.

need i say more.. the remixes will put all of her shit on the map.. and yes, when it bumps in the club.. albums are bought..Now stand back and let Whitney do her thang!!
I am happy that she is working hard to get her life back on track.. she needs our support, not our abondment!! Wonder Gay powers activate!!!!

lol that was 10 year’s ago, well before P2P was a modern household term. I will bite my tongue if that single does any better than #5 on the Itunes chart.
