I don’t see how she “ripped off” Black and Gold. The beat is similar, but his beat is also similar to some Goldfrapp tunes, as well as a million other electro-pop songs by Madonna, Kylie, Sugababes, etc. Christina’s song sounds like a hybrid of a bunch of different songs, and sounds even better with her soulful voice over the track. Go ‘head Xtina.
