John Barrowman & James Marsters Kiss On Torchwood

In an interview with TV Guide Marsters said:
“Jack and John do something that Buffy’s Spike and Angel never would have done, no?” He said, “No, no, no. We kiss. My character is way beyond bisexual. Spike was a romantic. This guy would do anything that moves. I have a lustful eye for a poodle!”
“I had never kissed a man on film before, but luckily my girlfriend was there, and she said it was always a fantasy of hers that I would kiss another man. She thought it was really hot.”
Never watched Torchwood but I always had a crush on Spike (James Marsters) back when he was on Buffy. If only Spike and Angel had decided to make out.

You obviously missed the line where Spike says, “Angel and I were never intimate. Well, except that one time…” Joss Whedon also said, “They were running around being evil together for more than a century. Do we seriously think they never…? They’re both open minded guys.”
So while it may never have happened on screen, that doesn’t mean it never happened…

I knew James back when he was doing theater in Chicago. He’s a really good guy. Very down-to-earth. And, a wonderful actor. And yes, he’s str8 (oh well, can’t have everything). Hope Cardiff treats him well!

That was a hot episode cause they made out like 15 times! lol but Torchwood is such a good show… on top of that in season 2 John Barrowman gains a, for lack of a better term, boyfriend who is also cute, actor Gareth David-Lloyd, and those to make out a couple times in the season and even in one episode get caught having sex haha
